Terms of Service — Tummy & Mummy

T&M is a marketplace platform. We connect home-based food producers with consumers. T&M is NOT the seller, manufacturer, or distributor of any food product. Each Mummy Producer is independently responsible for their products, food safety, and compliance.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a producer or provider account. Consumers must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent).

• Maintain valid FSSAI registration/license for their food category
• Ensure all products meet food safety standards
• Accurately describe products including ingredients, allergens, and shelf life
• Set honest pricing through the T&M MRP engine
• Fulfil accepted orders within committed timelines
• Maintain kitchen hygiene as per FSSAI guidelines

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Be available to receive orders at the specified address
• Report any food safety concerns within 24 hours of delivery
• Treat producers and delivery personnel with respect

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST
• Payment methods: UPI, debit/credit card (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery where available
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (or COD is selected)
• T&M charges a platform fee (included in the MRP) to sustain marketplace operations

The T&M name, blue dot logo, "Mummy Producer" and "Tummy Consumer" terms, and platform design are the property of T&M. Producers retain rights to their recipes and original content.

T&M is a platform facilitator. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of food products. Our liability is limited to the platform fee charged on the relevant transaction.

Disputes between consumers and producers should first be reported to T&M support. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly receive consumer complaints.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
